About The Position

Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous office or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Process vehicle sales paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Verify deal jackets for completeness and compliance.
- Prepare documents for vehicle titling and registration.
- Work closely with the sales and finance departments.
- File and maintain dealership records.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative duties as needed.
