Requirements
- Automotive dealership accounting or deal billing experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Understands dealership accounting processes and compliance requirements
- Experience with Dealertrack, or similar systems
- Thrives in a high-volume environment
- Takes ownership and pride in their work
Responsibilities
- Bill and post approximately 300 vehicle deals per month
- Review deal jackets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Process retail, finance, lease, and cash transactions
- Verify lender contracts, funding requirements, rebates, and incentives
- Reconcile schedules and assist with month-end closing activities
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth deal processing
