About The Position

The Automotive Customer Service Advisor role involves acting as a trusted advisor to customers, evaluating their needs, and performing maintenance to ensure their vehicles are serviced and safe. This position is responsible for the organization and productivity of the service center through guest interactions, thorough vehicle inspections, and knowledge of service and replacement parts. The role includes performing automotive preventive maintenance such as changing oil, checking and refilling vehicle fluids, replacing filters, and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers. A clean and safe workplace must be maintained.

Requirements

  • You can lift up to 50 pounds
  • Have full mobility and the ability to work with your hands above your head
  • Can stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs
