This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with commercial customers, identifying fleet and business vehicle opportunities, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

Previous sales experience required; automotive, fleet, commercial, or business-to-business sales experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to prospect, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Professional appearance and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Flexibility to attend occasional networking events, customer meetings, and community functions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, fleet accounts, and commercial customers.
Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, community involvement, referrals, and outbound outreach.
Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their vehicle and fleet needs.
Present customized vehicle solutions that align with customer operational and financial goals.
Maintain extensive knowledge of commercial vehicles, fleet programs, upfitting options, and manufacturer incentives.
Coordinate vehicle orders, deliveries, and follow-up activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM tools.
Collaborate with sales, finance, service, and parts departments to support customer needs.
Attend business networking events and represent Apple Autos within the community.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
