Automotive Center Manager
About The Position
All Tune is opening a company-owned shop in Austin and looking for the right person to run it. The Automotive Center Manager will set the standard for what a well-run All Tune location looks like, and as the company grows, will have the opportunity to support the Operations team in a leadership role. This role involves running a full-service automotive repair shop from top to bottom, including managing technician workflow, productivity, and repair quality, hiring, training, and developing a strong team, monitoring key performance metrics, delivering honest customer recommendations, and maintaining a clean, organized, high-performing operation.
Requirements
- At least five years running or managing an independent automotive shop, as a GM, store manager, or senior service manager.
- Experience managing a P&L
- Experience leading a team
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
