Requirements

5+ years of collision center, body shop, or auto repair management experience
Demonstrated success leading teams and improving operational performance
Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, insurance claims, DRP relationships, and repair planning
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing budgets, workflow, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
Proficiency with CCC ONE or comparable collision management software

Nice To Haves

ASE Certifications
I-CAR Training or Certification
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Overseeing daily collision center operations to ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
Driving shop productivity, cycle time performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Leading, coaching, and developing estimators, technicians, painters, and support staff
Building strong relationships with insurance adjusters, DRP partners, vendors, and customers
Managing parts procurement, inventory control, and quality assurance processes
Monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to improve operational performance
Resolving customer concerns professionally while maintaining a superior customer experience
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
Partnering with senior leadership to achieve growth objectives and business goals
