About The Position

We’re seeking a skilled Automotive Estimator to join our busy collision center team at Timbrook Collision Center LLC. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has a strong knowledge of collision repairs, and enjoys working closely with customers and insurance companies to ensure quality repairs.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in automotive estimating or collision repair
• Proficiency with estimating software
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and assess damage accurately
• Prepare repair estimates using industry software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex)
• Communicate clearly with customers and insurance adjusters
• Submit and follow up on insurance approvals and supplements
• Coordinate repair plans with the body shop team
• Provide excellent customer service and keep customers informed
• Ensure estimates comply with manufacturer and DRP standards
• Other duties as assigned by management.
