About The Position

We are hiring ONE experienced Automotive Center Manager / Senior Service Advisor to lead the front counter and customer experience at our Columbus location. This is not a receptionist or order-taker position. We want someone who can build trust, sell professionally, stay organized, manage workflow, follow up, and take ownership of results. If you are a strong automotive advisor or manager and want a role where performance creates real responsibility and earning potential, we should talk. This role combines Sales + Customer Experience + Leadership + Operational Control.

Requirements

• Experienced in automotive service advising or management
• Confident and professional with customers
• Strong on the phone and in person
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable discussing money and presenting estimates
• Skilled at selling needed work without pressure tactics
• Strong at follow-up
• Calm under pressure
• Accountable, reliable and consistent
• Motivated by goals and performance
• Experience as a Service Advisor, Senior Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, Service Manager or Center Manager is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Convert calls into appointments
• Identify customer concerns accurately
• Review technician inspections and findings
• Build and present repair estimates
• Ask for authorization and close legitimate repair opportunities
• Follow up on estimates, declined work and pending decisions
• Keep customers informed
• Coordinate workflow with technicians and management
• Monitor work in progress and completion times
• Maintain accurate repair orders
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Keep the front counter organized and under control
