The BDC Service Agent will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and in the lives of our team members and customers every day. This role is tasked with managing large amounts of inbound/outbound calls and emails in a timely manner, identifying customer needs, providing information on service appointment availability, partnering with service advisors, researching issues, and providing solutions or alternatives.
