Requirements

  • Professional, polished, and well-groomed appearance
  • Proven sales experience required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a world-class luxury purchase and ownership experience
  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients
  • Guide clients through the vehicle selection and purchase process
  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations
  • Develop expertise across Porsche, Land Rover, BMW, Cadillac, Volvo, MINI, and Volkswagen product lines
  • Promote finance and protection products that enhance ownership experience and client retention
  • Generate repeat and referral business through exceptional follow-up
  • Maintain brand certifications and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with teammates and leadership to achieve performance goals
