Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, or equivalent skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven skill in building rapport and understanding customer needs
  • Proactive and results-driven approach with focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent telephone etiquette with capability to manage multiple calls simultaneously
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and data entry
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound phone calls and online inquiries regarding new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Identify customer needs and budget to properly qualify leads
  • Schedule sales appointments for qualified leads with the dealership’s sales team
  • Follow up with potential customers to ensure a positive experience and nurture interest
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of vehicle inventory, features, and pricing
  • Assist with outbound communication to existing customers and service inquiries as needed
  • Accurately enter and track customer information in the CRM system
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all customer interactions
