Requirements

• Must be a PA Notary and able to retain PA Notary Commission
• Title work experience is required
• Communicate effectively and professionally with teammates and internal/external customers
• Maintain a professional appearance and atmosphere in the office
• Must have a valid driving license and successfully complete pre-employment background checks and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Process the posting of all new and pre-owned vehicle sales for the dealership
• Calculate salesperson commissions and maintain salesperson commission sheets
• Reconcile and maintain all accounting schedules related to vehicle deals
• Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins
• Bill out all dealer trades and wholesales
• Post vehicle factory invoices & auction purchases
• Post daily bank EFT’s & occasional manufacturer reports
• Payoff floor plan units daily
• Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area
• Monitor, track, & report any issues or delays promptly with the Controller
• Other tasks as assigned
