About The Position
Neil Huffman is currently in search of a qualified Automotive BDC for its Acura location. A successful candidate will be responsible for handling Internet Service Leads, Inbound phone calls, and customer retention for the service center.
Requirements
- Handling Internet Service Leads
- Handling Inbound phone calls
- Customer retention for the service center
Responsibilities
- Create appointments
- Following up with online service appointment leads
- Customer service representatives
- Keeping clients informed of current recalls on vehicles
- Following up with clients after services have been performed
- Contribute to high scores for the manufacturer's customer satisfaction index (CSI)
- Filing
- Warranty
- All other duties assigned by immediate supervisor
