Mercedes-Benz of Indianapolis is hiring a Business Development Center Representative. This role involves following up with customers who have indicated purchasing interest through our website, as well as prospective customers via email and voicemail. You will support online customers by setting appointments, discussing vehicle options, and assigning customers to a Full-Time Sales Consultant to complete the sales process. Additionally, you will follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, generate leads, and request referrals. Collaboration with the Internet Team is expected to maintain processes and achieve sales objectives. While this is not a sales position, you will be involved in customer interactions, guiding them through the initial sales process, and assigning them to the sales department.
