About The Position

Land Rover of St. Louis is seeking a Business Development Manager with excellent customer service and phone skills to join our elite team. Candidates should have call center experience or experience in a similar role in an automotive dealership setting. Pay rate is $15/hour, and there will be a bonus structure for appointments set that show up, and appointments set that are sold. This is a Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM role, no Saturdays. You will be responsible for both new & pre-owned internet car sales. Requirements

  • 2 years of call center experience and customer service skills; or relevant dealership experience in a similar role
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealerships standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals
  • Great attitude with a high-energy personality

Responsibilities

  • Receive all inbound sales calls and set appointments in the sales department.
  • Support on-line customers by setting appointments.
  • Proactive reach out to leads to try to schedule appointments.
  • Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
