About The Position

This is a Full Time Position requiring a flexible 40-hour workweek, with rotating evenings and Saturday work. The role involves managing inbound and outbound communications with customers, scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and collaborating with sales and service departments to ensure seamless operations. Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible 40-hour workweek, with rotating evenings and Saturday work.
• Must be able to meet MileOne’s applicable technology and information security requirements, which includes access to a compatible mobile device and the use of MileOne-approved authentication or security applications.
