About The Position

PM Lube, LLC, a franchisee of Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC), is seeking an Automotive Assistant Service Center Manager. Our mission is to “Change Lives through Service,” and that starts with our great people. This role involves assisting the Service Center Manager in daily operations, focusing on customer loyalty, inventory, labor management, financial performance, and team leadership. We are committed to providing a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment while fostering employee development through training and coaching.

Requirements

Management experience preferred (Military experience is a major plus)
Automotive experience (six months or more preferred)
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Be able to stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs
Have full mobility and can twist, stoop, and bend
Have effective interpersonal and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

Military experience is a major plus
Six months or more of automotive experience preferred

Responsibilities

Build trust and win repeat, loyal customers
Assist the Service Center Manager in the daily operation and oversight of the location
Responsible for inventory, labor management and financial performance
Become familiar with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance and other policies and procedures
Mentor, lead and train the team to optimize their development
Help maintain a clean, well-organized service center and facilitate a safe and secure working environment
Provide superior customer service leadership!
