Automotive Assistant Service Center Manager
About The Position
The Automotive Assistant Service Center Manager will assist the Service Center Manager in the daily operation and oversight of the location. This role is responsible for inventory, labor management, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will become familiar with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance and other policies and procedures. They will mentor, lead, and train the team to optimize their development, help maintain a clean and well-organized service center, and facilitate a safe and secure working environment. This position requires providing superior customer service leadership.
Requirements
- Management experience preferred (Military experience is a major plus)
- Automotive experience (six months or more preferred)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs
- Have full mobility and can twist, stoop, and bend
- Have effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
Nice To Haves
