About The Position
Stokes Toyota Hilton Head is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Accounting Clerk to support our dealerships financial operations. This role is essential to maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and supporting our leadership team.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Professional, dependable and team-oriented.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred, if not will train the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Support the other accounting clerks / post and process deals new and used car deals.
- Send payments to lenders for vehicle payoff.
- Call lenders for title updates.
- Warranty cancellations and submissions.
- Assist with month-end close.
