The Automotive Account Specialist will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting activities associated with achieving performance standards for our clients in the automotive sector. This role involves performing all functions of an F&I Manager consistent with good business practices and achieving performance standards set by the company or leadership. The specialist will also isolate and resolve discrepancies in client performance and processes that negatively impact the solicitation, sale, and profit margins of Assurant Dealer Services products. Additionally, the role includes organizing and conducting client meetings to foster positive business relationships, facilitating training on Assurant Dealer Services products, policies, and procedures, and identifying new opportunities for applicable products within existing client portfolios.
