Now, we're seeking a dynamic Automotive Sales Specialist to help expand our reach and deliver exceptional service to our clients across Québec.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in Automotive Sales or B2B Sales is required
  • Fluency in English and French is essential
  • This is a field-based role that involves frequent and extensive travel throughout Québec.

  • A self-driven, relationship-focused Account Executive with a proven track record in sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet ambitious targets
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot, or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships and dealer groups in your territory
  • Travel extensively within Québec to meet clients in person
  • Drive new business and secure long-term, repeat clients
  • Meet and exceed annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets
  • Leverage HubSpot to track sales activities and manage your pipeline
  • Work closely with our Performance Management team to ensure exceptional customer care
