As Sales Manager, you’ll lead and inspire our sales team to deliver exceptional results across sales, operations, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You’ll champion a culture of service excellence while ensuring every customer’s needs are met and every process is followed with integrity and precision.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
3+ years of F&I experience (required)
5+ years of automotive sales experience (required)
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and an unwavering focus on customer experience

Nice To Haves

5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve goals.
Collaborate with marketing to keep our website and advertising campaigns up to date.
Oversee vehicle merchandising, lot organization, and accurate pricing.
Ensure all sales paperwork is complete, compliant, and clearly explained to customers.
Present financing, insurance, and protection products with transparency and care.
Appraise trade-ins and support the sales team in closing deals.
Conduct engaging daily and weekly sales meetings and trainings.
Promote teamwork and uphold our core values in every interaction.
