About The Position

The Udder Group exists to provide plain-speaking advice based on research, data and hands-on experience leading HR, Talent & Recruitment teams to employers and HR technology firms across the UK and beyond. Our Implementation and Automation practice helps companies deliver the highest value from their technology investments, and harness the power of automation to reduce cost, improve employee experience and significantly boost the job quality of HR professionals. If there's something inefficient in the HR processes neighbourhood, who're we gonna call? You. Your role at Udder will be to seek out opportunities to integrate HR tech platforms with each other, automate and enhance processes using automation tools (like Zapier, merge.dev, Workato, Jitterbit, etc.), and design and build elegant solutions. You're likely to be or become an expert in APIs, PostMan, webhooks and will be using low or no-code tools to build often-complex integration capabilities. You will be our go-to person to evaluate new platforms as part of clients' tech stacks from an integration capability perspective, test API functionality, build and evolve pre-built integrations in our own Zapier library, and find ways to make Recruitment, HR Management and Learning & Development ever more efficient for our forward-thinking clients. Finally, you will become lead solution engineer for our Tech by Udder business, building products which plug and play well with our clients' existing technology, and which provide simple, fast and effective solutions to improve their HR processes. These will include background screening, offer management, internal mobility and much more.

Requirements

• Automation tool experience (Zapier, Power Automate, Workato, Jitterbit, merge.dev, etc.)
• API and webhook experience (Postman, authentication using OAuth, etc.)
• Coding experience - ideally Python or Javascript, especially RegEx validation
