About The Position

Picture your Monday morning: a flight out of O'Hare, a rental car to a modern food plant, and a quick safety brief before you power up a newly installed packaging line. By noon, you've commissioned servo drives, verified wiring on 480V panels, and walked operators through best practices. By day's end, you've logged a crisp service report in Salesforce and left a delighted maintenance team with a system running at spec. That’s a typical day in this role. A leading North American manufacturer of automated processing and packaging machinery trusted across multiple industries is seeking an Automation & Packaging Machinery Service Engineer. This role involves installing, commissioning, and starting up automated processing and packaging equipment at customer facilities across the U.S., diagnosing and correcting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, and executing preventive maintenance and responding to urgent breakdowns to minimize downtime. The role requires representing the brand with professionalism while supporting customers across North America.
