About The Position
We have the following shifts available: Schedule: (Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm (1st Shift) Thursday - Sunday, 6am - 430pm (Weekend Shift) 4days -10hr Shift Sunday - Thursday, 10pm - 630am - (3rd Shift)
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Basic knowledge off hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights and/or holiday.
- High attention to detail.
- Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
- Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain a wide variety of warehouse equipment including AutoStore ASRS, various Packsize systems, and Sealed Air units.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all warehouse equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair all equipment by applying electro-mechanical knowledge to problem solve.
- Maintain production equipment in a manner that meets Ferguson standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new maintenance equipment and tools to improve the capabilities of the maintenance team.
- Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
- Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements
- Regular and reliable attendance
