Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years’ experience as a Helper or relevant work
- Knowledge of proper use of hand tools
- Analytical and problem solving ability
- Competitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Self-Driven work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Assist Field Service Technicians with installations or service jobs.
- Develops good working relationships with customers through frequent and professional communication.
- Knows and complies with all safety policies and procedures.
- Drives and contributes to the department continuous improvement culture.
- At times, work unconventional hours and the occasional weekend to provide this required level of service.
- Other duties as required.
