As an Automation Digital Product Manager within the Automation Center of Excellence, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of automation opportunities, from intake and discovery through deployment and continuous optimization. This role is accountable for owning intake, feasibility assessment, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and delivery execution, while ensuring strong alignment with business objectives. You will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand their operating models, core processes, challenges, and pain points, and translate those insights into a prioritized and sustainable pipeline of automation opportunities. You will also play a critical role in nurturing business relationships, proactively expanding the automation portfolio, and ensuring continuous value delivery to business organizations through automation and process optimization.
