About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Automation Developer to design, build, and implement automated testing and intelligent automation solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to automation strategy, framework development, quality assurance processes, and automation adoption initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve software quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Experience identifying automation opportunities within software processes.
Experience designing and executing automated QA testing solutions.
Experience testing databases, systems, networks, applications, hardware, and software.
Experience identifying and documenting bugs and quality issues.
Experience installing and maintaining applications and databases related to automation.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders to improve workflows through automation.
Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet project deadlines.
Strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills.
5+ years of experience developing, testing, and implementing automation solutions using: Microsoft Power Automate, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), Process Mining technologies
Experience developing ML solutions using Java and/or Python.
Experience working with: Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Automate Desktop Flows, AI Builder and Form Recognizer models, Connectors and automation accelerators
Experience integrating automation solutions with databases, monitoring applications, analytics platforms, and enterprise services.
Knowledge of OCR, information extraction, classification, and AI model training.
Experience creating Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
Experience designing and developing secure RESTful and SOAP APIs.
Experience with: Java/JEE, Spring Framework, SQL/NoSQL databases, Message Queues
Front-end development experience using: Angular, JavaScript, Groovy, JSON, HTML/CSS/XML/XPath, Python
Knowledge of IAM, OAuth, authentication, and authorization.
Experience developing applications that conform to WCAG AA accessibility standards.
Deep expertise designing scalable automation frameworks using Playwright.
Strong understanding of framework architecture patterns including: Page Object Model (POM), Modular Frameworks, Hybrid Frameworks
Experience creating reusable environments, libraries, and templates.
Strong TypeScript and/or JavaScript scripting experience.
Experience implementing: UI Test Automation (Playwright), API Testing, Performance Testing (e.g., JMeter), Accessibility Testing (Axe, Lighthouse)
Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to AI-powered testing capabilities such as test generation, self-healing automation, and intelligent reporting.
Experience developing and executing automation strategies and roadmaps.
Experience establishing automation standards, governance, and best practices.
Experience measuring automation effectiveness through KPIs and reporting.
Experience implementing process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience evolving automation frameworks for scalability and maintainability.
Experience leading automation initiatives across multiple projects.
Ability to mentor QA and development teams on automation practices.
Experience delivering training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Resource planning and capacity management experience.
Experience working with Development, QA, DevOps, and Business teams.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for automation within software processes.
Design and execute QA tests using scripts that automatically test functionality.
Design and develop test automation scripts.
Utilize test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Investigate software issues identified during testing activities.
Collaborate with QA analysts and software developers to identify and implement solutions.
Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks and reusable components.
Integrate automated testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines.
Support UI, API, performance, and accessibility testing initiatives.
Contribute to automation governance, standards, and best practices.
Define and track automation metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
Lead automation adoption initiatives and mentor team members on automation practices.
Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and knowledge repositories.
Participate in planning, prioritization, and delivery of automation initiatives.
