About The Position

Through this internship, you'll gain hands-on experience applying artificial intelligence, automation, and analytics to solve real business challenges. You'll learn how to analyze business processes, prepare and validate data, and develop practical technology solutions using tools such as ChatGPT, Alteryx, SQL, Snowflake, Python, Power Automate, and Tableau. Along the way, you'll strengthen your communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills while presenting technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. This is a year-round internship program designed to provide meaningful projects, mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or IT Management, or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Ability to succeed in a team environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Alteryx, SQL, Snowflake, Python, Power Automate, and Tableau.

Responsibilities

Partner with business and manufacturing teams to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Identify and support AI, automation, and analytics solutions that improve business efficiency.
Prepare, validate, and organize data for reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives.
Develop and test workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Alteryx, SQL, Snowflake, Python, Power Automate, and Tableau.
Create reusable AI prompts, workflows, and custom GPT solutions to streamline work.
Build and maintain documentation for business processes, solutions, and best practices.
Validate data quality and support the development of repeatable data preparation workflows.
Test solutions with end users, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.
Communicate project outcomes and business impact to cross-functional stakeholders.
