About The Position

Zotec Partners is seeking an Automation Analyst to develop solutions that automate exceptions and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Operations users. This remote position focuses on building automation and workflow solutions that address friction in the revenue cycle, support operational efficiency, and meet the expectations of operational leaders. The analyst also supports operational analysis and reporting to help determine Accounts Receivable departmental needs and priorities.

Requirements

• SQL experience.
• Successful experience in a role involving data analysis and recommendations.
• Ability to build relationships and provide meaningful recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with project team members and leadership.
• Flexible mentality, with willingness and ability to perform varied tasks and adapt to change.
• Self-motivation, an entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment professionally in day-to-day work.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create automated, well-planned solutions to respond to and/or prevent friction in the revenue cycle.
• Create workflow jobs that support efficiency, cost deductions, and expanded use of automation.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure automation project outcomes align with expectations.
• Support analytical needs to improve operational efficiency and automation.
• Generate ad-hoc reports to assist in determining Accounts Receivable departmental needs and priorities.
