About The Position

At Kirby Risk, our Automation Administrator’s provide sales support for Automation Services, while maintaining a positive atmosphere to further the goals of Kirby Risk Electrical Supply. In this role, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Automation Services team, managing service agreements, coordinating critical processes, and ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, reliable support.

Requirements

High School, GED, or relevant sales experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational proficiency
Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities and successfully meet several deadlines at once
Demonstrates computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office preferred
Continuous learner
Work well both independently and in a collaborative environment
Must have legal status that enables you to work in the U.S. We cannot obtain sponsorship.
Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

Process Rockwell Automation Software quotes, orders, and contracts
Supports sales and processes for all Kirby Risk APR’s in conjunction with Automation Area Manager – Rockwell Services for: Parts Management Agreements (PMA), Assurance Contracts, Customer Block of Time (CBOT), Annual Repair Agreements (ARA), Training Savings Accounts (TSA), Engineering Services
Demonstrate professionalism when communicating with the sales team, customers, and all organizational levels
Participate in cross training on: Rockwell Service Contracts order entry, Quoting & enrolling students into training classes, Customer success activities, Communication with the Sales team
