About The Position

The Parts and Equipment Manager is a member of the Autofroth business Leadership Team within the Polyurethanes Systems business. In this role, you will lead a team of equipment and customer service professionals with direct authority and budget responsibility, and collaborate closely with Autofroth sales, marketing, and technical professionals to drive business for Autofroth applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent of 5+ years of experience
  • 7 years of related experience required
  • Knowledge of polyurethane processing and equipment, polyurethane systems knowledge and troubleshooting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, and web-based platforms, SAP experience preferred, Order to Cash experience a plus
  • Mechanical inclination and able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Commitment to workplace safety, ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) and ISO standards
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and leading current and future equipment strategies for the Autofroth business, directing technical activities to support customer requirements and the overall business strategy.
  • Applying strong leadership skills by guiding, developing, and supporting the Parts and Equipment Team through clear direction, aligned expectations, and a shared commitment to results.
  • Setting priorities and balancing workloads based on business objectives and customer needs, enabling the team to remain focused, organized, and effective.
  • Collaborating with Field Technical Service, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Technical Development to ensure customer needs are clearly understood and met.
  • Engaging directly with key customers to understand equipment needs, address requirements, and support troubleshooting efforts as needed.
  • Managing the delegated procurement process for Autofroth parts and equipment, including vendor selection, price negotiation, and inventory management.
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement within equipment and service offerings, including the development of new technologies and support of new equipment launches.
  • Building a broad understanding of the Autofroth® business, including supply chain and operations, to ensure seamless customer support and strong alignment within the business and supporting functions.
