Requirements

• Previous experience as an Automotive Technician, Line Tech, Tire Tech, Lube Tech, or in a similar role.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Positive, team-oriented approach to teamwork.

Nice To Haves

• ASE Certification; Master, Advanced Level Specialist, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• Previous industry experience in roles such as Shop Foreman or Team Leader may be considered in determining pay.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and mechanical and electrical repairs on vehicles.
• Conduct multipoint inspections to identify service needs.
• Maintain and care for shop equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Accurately document repairs and services on repair orders.
• Provide customer service as needed, communicating clearly and supporting customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver service efficiently and on time.
