About The Position

Fleet Farm is hiring an Auto Service Technician to join its Auto Care team. The role is open to experienced technicians and people beginning a career in automotive service. Technicians perform maintenance and repair services, use quality equipment, and help keep customers safe on the road. The position offers opportunities to learn, grow, and advance.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service or automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and oil filter changes, tire rotations, and vehicle courtesy checks.
• Check and replace fluids, air filters, bulbs, and wipers.
• Install batteries and check charging systems.
• Mount and balance tires and perform wheel alignment checks.
• Install and replace components such as shocks, struts, brakes, suspension, steering, and accessories.
• Road test vehicles and ensure services are completed safely, accurately, and to a high standard of quality.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure work meets customer needs.
