About The Position

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Automotive Technician, including roles such as Line Tech, Tire Tech, or Lube Tech.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Positive, team-oriented approach to teamwork.

Nice To Haves

• ASE Certification, with Master, Advanced Level Specialist, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Previous industry experience in roles such as Shop Foreman or Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and mechanical and electrical repairs on vehicles.
• Conduct thorough multipoint inspections to identify service needs.
• Maintain and care for shop equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Accurately document repairs and services performed on repair orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service as needed, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
