About The Position
Open Road Auto Group is looking for a Product Specialist to join our team. We are seeking self-motivated individuals with a passion for the automotive industry and a focus on serving customers. Our Product Specialists guide customers through their entire car-buying process, showcase vehicles, explain features and warranties, and conduct test drives. They answer questions about vehicles, financing, and purchasing, and qualify buyers by understanding their needs and matching them to suitable vehicles. Staying current with manufacturer training is essential to remain knowledgeable about all available vehicles.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to customers throughout their entire car-buying process
- Showcase vehicles and explain their features and warranties
- Take customers on test drives
- Answer customer questions about cars, financing, and purchase processes
- Qualify buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching them to vehicles
- Stay up to date on manufacturer training to remain knowledgeable on all vehicles available to purchase
