About The Position

Keffer Mazda is seeking experienced Auto Sales Professionals to fill 4 immediate openings. This is a high-volume opportunity with a fast-growing brand. The ideal candidate is a proven closer who is tired of weak pay plans, capped income, or slow stores. We offer an aggressive pay plan with significant earning potential, bonuses that reward producers, and a clear path to advancement. We expect high customer satisfaction, strong online reviews, and engagement with Mazda connected services. This is not a place to coast; performance is key.

Requirements

• Experienced automotive sales professionals ONLY.
• Proven closer.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and consistent.
• Ability to make $100K+ and willingness to work for it.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high-volume opportunity with one of the fastest-growing brands in the market.
• Achieve customer satisfaction targets (90%+ NPS).
• Generate strong online reviews (Google, DealerRater, etc.).
• Engage customers with Mazda connected services.
• Meet a minimum performance standard of 10 units/month.
• Achieve 20+ units/month for serious income potential.
