About The Position

Keffer Mazda is seeking experienced Auto Sales Professionals to fill immediate openings. This is a high-volume opportunity with a fast-growing brand. The role is designed for proven closers who are seeking a more aggressive pay plan, uncapped income potential, and a busy sales environment. High performers selling 20+ units per month can expect significant income. The company offers a structured pay plan with no fluff, just production-based income, and a clear path to advancement to Senior and Master levels. Supportive management and proven processes are in place to ensure success.

Requirements

• Proven closing skills.
• Experience in automotive sales ONLY.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and consistent closer.
• Ability to make $100K+ annually and willingness to work for it.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with aggressive pay plans, capped income, or slow stores.
• Familiarity with Mazda connected services.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas (minimum 10 units/month).
• Achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction scores (90%+ NPS).
• Complete a minimum of 5 customer surveys per month.
• Maintain strong online reviews.
• Engage with Mazda connected services.
• Work with a structured pay plan and bonus structure.
• Advance to Senior and Master levels.
