About The Position
The Mobility Sales Consultant at Ilderton Conversion of Asheville is responsible for generating sales for mobility related vehicles, creating relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service and support. This position involves the application of mobility equipment and for that, a full understanding of customer needs is essential, as well as a thorough understanding of Ilderton Conversion of Asheville's mobility capabilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow customer relationships across Asheville and surrounding areas.
- Assist customers in the assessment of their mobility needs.
- Provide customer service and support throughout the mobility build process.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to secure sales.
