Experienced sales professionals are invited to join Hertrich Family of Dealerships, a 3rd-generation, family-owned company with a strong legacy of integrity, teamwork, and community involvement. This role offers the opportunity to maximize earnings with uncapped commissions and top-tier support within a growing organization that promotes from within. Hertrich operates 24 dealerships, 15 collision centers, and represents 18 brands, serving communities for over 50 years and supporting numerous local charities.

Requirements

• Proven automotive or retail sales experience
• Ability to build relationships and guide customers through the vehicle purchase process
• Ability to present vehicle options with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and online
• Ability to work as part of a results-focused, supportive team
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver's license with a good record
