About The Position
Experienced sales professionals are invited to join Hertrich Family of Dealerships, a 3rd-generation, family-owned company with a strong legacy of integrity, teamwork, and community involvement. This role offers the opportunity to maximize earnings with uncapped commissions, benefit from premium support, and grow within an expanding organization that promotes from within. Hertrich operates 24 dealerships, 15 collision centers, and represents 18 brands, serving communities for over 50 years and supporting numerous local charities.
Requirements
- Proven automotive or retail sales experience
- Build relationships and guide customers through the vehicle purchase process
- Present vehicle options with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Communicate effectively in person, by phone, and online
- Work as part of a results-focused, supportive team
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license with a good record
