About The Position
The Auto Repair General Manager leads a high-volume automotive repair shop, overseeing the team and daily operations while driving sales, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The role includes recruiting, training, and motivating technicians and service advisors; managing workflow and inventory; and executing and refining processes to support efficiency and compliance. The manager may have the opportunity to run and grow a location, with a stated path to advancement into upper management.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in automotive service management.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to build and inspire a team.
- Process-driven and results-oriented approach, with commitment to meeting and exceeding goals.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to make data-driven business decisions.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong work ethic.
