About The Position

Midas is hiring an automotive service manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced auto repair shop. The role focuses on building and developing a strong team, driving sales and profitability, optimizing shop operations, and delivering an excellent customer experience. The manager will execute and refine established processes while maintaining efficiency and compliance. The position offers a stated salary range of $60,000 to $100,000 per year, bonus potential, a five-day work week, and opportunities for advancement, including the possibility of running a location.
