About The Position

Midas is hiring an automotive service manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced auto repair shop. The manager will build and lead a team, drive sales and profitability, manage shop operations, and deliver a strong customer experience. The role offers a competitive salary of $60,000–$100,000 per year, bonus potential, and an opportunity to grow toward running a location and advancing to upper management. The advertised schedule is five days per week with no late nights.

Requirements

• Proven track record in automotive service management.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, including the ability to build and inspire a team.
• Process-driven and results-oriented, with a commitment to meeting and exceeding goals.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to make sound, data-driven business decisions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong work ethic.
