About The Position
Schlossmann Honda City has an opening for a Delivery Driver in its automotive parts division. The Parts Delivery Driver will transport automotive parts orders using a company-owned vehicle on a pre-determined route from the parts distribution center at Honda City of Greenfield to locations across the state and along the Illinois border. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required, but no CDL is necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Excellent communication skills
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive, energetic and hardworking
- Willing to learn and eager to improve
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Organize schedule of deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and operability of delivery truck.
- Perform safe pick-up and deliveries.
- Keep parts department up-to-date on delivery schedule.
- Work with Parts Manager to identify potential clients.
- Complete sales calls as determined by the Parts Manager.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
