About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Parts Coordinator for its Service Center in Kennewick. The role involves inspecting, verifying, and distributing parts to workstations, and confirming parts arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The Parts Coordinator follows Caliber and OEM guidelines and uses state-of-the-art equipment. The position pays $22–$29 per hour, with eligibility for overtime.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience completing orders.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
• Able to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
• Able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Vendor management experience preferred.
