About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Parts Coordinator for its Service Center on Kramer Lane in Austin. The role involves inspecting, verifying, and distributing parts to workstations, and confirming parts arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The coordinator follows Caliber and OEM guidelines while using the company’s equipment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience completing orders.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and qualify for coverage under the company insurance policy.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
• Able to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
• Able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Vendor management experience is preferred.
