Auto Parts Coordinator
About The Position
Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Parts Coordinator at its Service Center in Torrance. The coordinator inspects, verifies, and distributes parts to workstations and confirms parts arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The role follows Caliber and OEM guidelines and uses state-of-the-art equipment. The position pays $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning on day one, weekly pay, eligibility for overtime, paid vacation and holidays accruing from day one, and career growth opportunities. The role provides hands-on experience in a production shop.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience completing orders.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
- Able to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
- Able to understand written and verbal instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
- Able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

- Vendor management experience preferred.
