About The Position

Hertrich Kia of Easton, a brand-new state-of-the-art facility, is seeking an experienced Auto Parts Advisor / Parts Counter Person to join their growing team. This role involves ordering, receiving, stocking, and billing automotive parts, assisting retail customers and service technicians, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

• 1-2 years automotive parts experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Comfortable using computers and dealership systems
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, stock, and bill automotive parts
• Assist retail customers and service technicians with parts needs
• Maintain organized inventory and parts storage areas
• Complete inventory counts and record keeping
• Handle parts pickups and deliveries as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Keep the parts department clean and organized
