About The Position

McKee Foods is seeking an Auto Palletizer to join our Shipping team. This role involves operating and troubleshooting automated palletizing equipment, ensuring accurate product identification and loading, and maintaining production records. The position offers a competitive wage with a shift differential and a schedule of Sunday – Thursday, 2:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., with flexibility for other days and hours as needed. Located at 272 Patton Farm Road, Stuarts Draft, Virginia 24477, this is an onsite position.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a cohesive team environment
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting
• Demonstrated ability to promote continuous process improvement and LEAN principles
• Attention to detail
• Willing to cross train and cover other positions as needed

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge and job experience with (WMS) Warehouse Management System
• Previous lift truck operator experience
• Previous shipping experience

Responsibilities

• Operate, clear faults in the robot and resets robot to run
• Troubleshoot equipment and notify appropriate individuals
• Check Production Schedule to print and reprint labels to match the production plan when there are changes
• Secure and identify product loads for transporting and coordinate effort with Lift Truck Operators
• Maintain accurate production records
• Stack cases manually when needed
• Clean and perform other duties as assigned
